We are on the lookout for a dedicated ESL Tutor to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans tailored to various student needs, ensuring each learner's journey in mastering English is both productive and enjoyable.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual learner needs.
  • Evaluate student progress through formal and informal assessments.
  • Utilise various teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Engage in regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student achievements.
  • Stay updated on current educational practices and methodologies.
  • Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes cultural awareness.
  • Coordinate with other language instructors to share best practices.
  • Organise and participate in school events and student workshops.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
  • Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA)
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in using various Office applications to create teaching materials.
  • Online Learning Platforms Experience teaching via platforms like Zoom and Google Classroom.
  • Excellent Communication Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills Strong rapport-building skills with students of all backgrounds.
  • Flexibility Adaptability to various teaching environments and student needs.
Advantageous
  • Experience in Teaching Exam Preparation Courses: Familiarity with IELTS or TOEFL teaching methodologies.
