• Director of daily distribution operations and logistics.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure system optimisation for tracking and managing stock.
• Conduct regular team meetings to promote communication and collaboration.
• Utilise software tools for effective monitoring of distribution tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in logistics management are advantageous
• Inventory Management Expertise in inventory control systems and practices.
• Logistics Software Proficient in using logistics management software.
• Data Analysis Experience in analysing data to improve operational efficiencies.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Proven ability to address challenges and provide solutions.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Familiarity with ISO standards: Understanding of ISO standards applicable to logistics.
• Experience in cross-functional team leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams effectively.
