Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our compassionate team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both surgical and medical treatments for animals, and share our commitment to providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities

  • Examine pets and provide diagnosis for health issues or concerns.
  • Carry out surgical interventions, ensuring an understanding of anaesthesia protocols.
  • Offer routine preventative care and vaccinations to patients.
  • Ensure client communication is clear, informative, and supportive.
  • Participate in continuing education to keep abreast of new veterinary practices.
  • Maintain clinical records in accordance with practice protocols.
  • Work closely within a team to ensure the best quality of service.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Veterinary Science
  • Further qualifications in a specialised field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a veterinary role with experience in surgery
