Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to manage various administrative tasks within our healthcare facility in Brighton. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a passion for improving healthcare services, ensuring the efficient operation of our team and patient processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage patient appointments and medical records.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures.
  • Prepare reports and data analysis for management.
  • Support financial management through budget tracking and billing.
  • Facilitate communication between medical staff and patients.
  • Oversee the training and onboarding of new administrative staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
