Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Consultant to oversee clinical trials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing clinical studies, liaising with stakeholders, and contributing to protocol development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of clinical trial operations including planning, study conduct, and closeout.
  • Serve as a primary contact for study sites, ensuring effective communication.
  • Ensure trial protocols are followed and participant safety is prioritized.
  • Draft and review study-related documents and materials.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor trial adherence and report findings.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support clinical trial goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of trial progress and outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in feasibility assessments and site selection.
  • Provide reports to management on trial status and progress.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in clinical operations or related fields
