Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our Brighton team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, counselling patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and medication therapies.
• Provide counselling and education on medications.
• Manage stock levels and inventory in the pharmacy.
• Conduct health and wellness screenings when required.
• Assist in the implementation of pharmacy protocols.
• Participate in local health initiatives and outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• Further qualifications in clinical pharmacy are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacist
