Responsibilities

• Perform grooming duties including brushing, bathing, and nail trimming.
• Educate pet owners on grooming care between visits.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
• Demonstrate compassion and patience with all pets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing the salon's inventory of grooming products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional grooming certification is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a pet grooming environment

Technical Skills

• Grooming Tools Knowledge
• First Aid for Pets

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in pet first aid: Certification that demonstrates knowledge of first aid for pets.
