Responsibilities

• Administer skin analysis and provide expert advice on skincare routines.
• Manage inventory of skincare products and supplies.
• Assist with promotional events and maintain the salon’s social media presence.
• Develop client loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve the salon's goals.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetics or Beauty Therapy

Experience

• 3+ years in the beauty industry with a focus on aesthetics

Technical Skills

• Laser Treatments
• Dermaplaning

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Advanced certifications in aesthetics: Preferably certified in advanced aesthetic procedures.
