Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Aesthetician to join our expanding team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will provide exceptional skincare services, including facials, peels, and other advanced treatments tailored to each client's needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin analysis and recommend products that suit individual client needs.
• Work collaboratively with other beauty professionals to provide a holistic service.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workplace.
• Participate in continued education and workshops to stay current in the industry.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• Level 3 Aesthetic qualification or higher
• Degree in cosmetology or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a reputable salon or spa environment

Technical Skills

• Product knowledge
• Treatment techniques

• Teamwork

Certifications

• SKIN (SKIN Institute Network) certification
• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with advanced skincare technologies: Familiarity with tools and technologies like microdermabrasion and chemical peels.
• Customer service experience: Prior experience within a customer-facing role is advantageous.
