Job Description

The Model and Pattern Supervisor will oversee and manage a talented team of model and pattern makers, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standard. The role requires collaboration with design and engineering teams to facilitate seamless production processes and uphold quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and manage workflow for model and pattern team.
  • Liaise regularly with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in model and pattern making supervision or similar role
Technical Skills
  • CAD/CAM software
