Job Description

We are actively seeking an IT Systems Planner to join our Bristol office. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing IT strategies that improve our overall IT support operations. You will play a key role in project management, ensuring that IT solutions align with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT projects from conception through to execution.
  • Evaluate and integrate new IT solutions within the existing infrastructure.
  • Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT department.
  • Act as a point of contact for IT support services and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant postgraduate degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in IT planning or support role
