Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Batching Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Batching Operator is to accurately measure and mix ingredients for the production of various products.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients precisely to produce various food products.
• Monitor batching equipment and maintain operational efficiency.
• Document batch production data accurately for traceability.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to uphold product standards.
• Assist in training new employees on batching processes and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in food technology or related field is preferred

Experience

• Relevant experience in a similar manufacturing position is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Experience with batch control systems
• Operational knowledge of mixing machinery

Soft Skills

• Flexibility to work shifts
• Physical stamina
