Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Powder Coat Painter to become a part of our expert team. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in powder coating and a keen attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various surfaces, ensuring that the finishes meet high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up powder coating line for daily operations.
• Mix and match colours accurately to client specifications.
• Operate various coating machines and equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of coating materials.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss workflow and improvements.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve production issues quickly.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and help achieve company goals.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in powder coating are advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in powder coating with a strong focus on quality control.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
• Technical Drawings Interpretation

• Team Collaboration
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
