Job Description

As a Tightener, your primary role will be to ensure that all components are securely fastened and properly tightened in various assemblies, contributing significantly to the efficiency and safety of our operations. You will collaborate closely with our Cable Installation Specialists and Project Managers to facilitate smooth workflows and timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve tightening issues during assembly.
• Engage in training and development sessions to enhance skills.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in good condition.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or certification
• Experience in cable management or a related field is advantageous

Experience

• Experience with mechanical systems is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Torque wrench proficiency
• Familiarity with safety procedures

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Effective teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in assembly work: Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Knowledge of cable installation processes: Understanding of the procedures involved in cable installation is beneficial.
