Job Description

As a Geological Technician, you will be integral to our geophysics team, focusing on interpreting seismic data using advanced computational techniques. This role requires a strong foundation in computational science and mathematics, alongside a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Use computer modelling techniques to interpret seismic data.
  • Support field teams with data-related queries and analysis.
  • Conduct quality control on seismic data to ensure accuracy.
  • Document processes and methodologies for data interpretation.
  • Engage in continuous learning to keep abreast of new technology.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a Geoscience or Computer Science related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of direct experience in seismic data analysis preferred.
