Job Description

As a Derrick Follower, you will play a crucial role in offshore drilling operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the rig. You'll be responsible for monitoring equipment, performing routine maintenance, and supporting the drilling crew.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and usage of drilling machinery and equipment.
• Report any issues or abnormalities to the Driller.
• Manage drilling fluids and ensure optimal performance.
• Perform daily checks and routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with the drilling crew and assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working in an offshore environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience operating drilling equipment
• Familiarity with safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Physical fitness

Certifications

• Additional health and safety certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
