Job Description

We are on the hunt for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Cardiff-based team. The successful candidate will have a flair for creativity and an eye for detail, playing a vital role in our design projects that influence branding and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand style guide for all design materials.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics to incorporate relevant elements into designs.
• Participate in design reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers.
• Produce mock-ups and prototypes to present ideas prior to final execution.
• Engage in client meetings to understand their vision and requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related discipline

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design roles

Technical Skills

• Sketch & Figma
• Print Design

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with video editing software: Knowledgeable in tools such as After Effects or Premier Pro for creating animated content.
• Knowledge in motion graphics: Ability to produce engaging motion graphics for digital platforms.
