Responsibilities
Create and implement effective therapeutic plans for clients.
Conduct intake assessments and establish therapeutic relationships.
Facilitate group sessions and workshops focused on mental health skills.
Document and review client progress regularly.
Collaborate with social workers, psychologists, and other healthcare providers.
Support clients in crisis situations and provide immediate help.

Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Psychology or Counselling
Professional license or certification in mental health counselling is preferred

3+ years in a similar mental health counselling position
