We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Assistant to join our team in Corby. As a vital part of our practice, you will assist veterinarians in providing the highest level of care to our patients. Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and surgical areas for procedures.
• Assist in diagnostics including blood tests and imaging.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records.
• Provide post-operative care and monitoring of patients.
• Implement infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Engage with clients to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Contribute to community outreach and education efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in veterinary care
• Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant is advantageous

Experience

• 1-3 years in a veterinary practice or similar role

• Emergency response

Certifications
