Job Description

We are on the lookout for a qualified Pharmacist to join our Gloucester branch. The ideal candidate will provide excellent pharmaceutical care, managing prescriptions, advising patients, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient medication therapies to improve safety and effectiveness.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary.
• Provide training and support to new staff and pharmacy interns.
• Develop relationships with patients for improved healthcare delivery.
• Participate in continuous professional development to maintain licensure.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred

• Health and Safety Regulations

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist
• CPD certification in pharmacy practice

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in geriatric care: Knowledge of pharmaceutical care tailored to older patients.
