Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Healthcare Administrator to oversee administrative functions at our Aberdeen location. This includes coordinating appointments, managing records, and providing excellent customer service to our patients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee patient reception and welcome new patients.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for patient claims.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing for meetings.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on patient records.
  • Help implement efficient office procedures.
  • Respond to and resolve patient complaints effectively.
  • Support marketing efforts to promote healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with IT on healthcare management systems.
  • Train new administrative staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
