We are looking for a proactive Healthcare Administrator to oversee administrative functions at our Aberdeen location. This includes coordinating appointments, managing records, and providing excellent customer service to our patients and staff.
Responsibilities
Oversee patient reception and welcome new patients.
Coordinate with insurance providers for patient claims.
Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
Assist in scheduling and preparing for meetings.
Perform quality assurance checks on patient records.
Help implement efficient office procedures.
Respond to and resolve patient complaints effectively.
Support marketing efforts to promote healthcare services.
Collaborate with IT on healthcare management systems.
Train new administrative staff.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred
