Responsibilities

• Create handkerchiefs of various styles and designs.
• Maintain sewing machines and other tools to ensure optimum performance.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace.
• Review production schedules and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Conduct quality checks on fabric and finished products.
• Document production processes and material usage.
• Train junior staff on best practices and operational procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in sewing or textile manufacturing is preferred.
