Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Consultant to join our Bristol office. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive technical support to our clients, ensuring their systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and offering solutions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support and technical assistance to clients.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain clients' IT systems and proactively monitor for potential issues.
  • Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
  • Maintain documentation related to system configurations and procedures.
  • Engage in continuous training and stay updated with the latest IT trends.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve IT services.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and tasks.
  • Provide after-hours support as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support role
