Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our progressive team in Durham. This role involves developing and implementing machine learning models to analyse vast datasets, improving our AI capabilities. Ideal candidates will have experience in Python, TensorFlow, and deep learning frameworks, alongside a strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models focusing on deep learning methodologies.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to enhance model performance.
• Collaborate with product teams to define AI product requirements and key performance indicators.
• Develop software solutions that support scalable AI applications.
• Create detailed reports on project progress and findings for stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative AI-based solutions.
• Evaluate and incorporate new tools and frameworks to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with AI expertise.
• Adjust existing AI models based on feedback and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with researchers to contribute to white papers and technical articles.
