We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Luton team. In this role, you will analyse financial data, develop reports, and provide insights to support critical business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analyses to support business planning.
• Create and maintain financial dashboards that provide insights into key metrics.
• Participate in quarterly and year-end financial audits.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in the evaluation of financial systems and processes for efficiency improvements.
• Monitor and report on cash flow and working capital.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a finance role
