Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Clinical Program Manager to lead initiatives in patient care and program development within our healthcare team in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical management and a passion for enhancing healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning for clinical program operations.
  • Ensure clinical programs are aligned with patient needs and organizational goals.
  • Evaluate and enhance patient care pathways to improve overall satisfaction.
  • Develop budgets and manage resources effectively for program initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for clinical program inquiries.
  • Drive innovative solutions in clinical care and program delivery.
  • Advocate for patients and ensure their voices are integrated into program development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among clinical staff.
  • Implement policies and procedures to uphold patient safety and quality care.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
  • MBA or similar qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare program management
