Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our talented team at Compassionate Vets in Liverpool. This role involves diagnosing and treating a variety of animals, maintaining high standards of care, and working closely with pet owners to provide excellent service. Responsibilities

  • Examine animals and perform diagnostic tests to assess their health.
  • Develop treatment plans and follow up on patient progress.
  • Engage in surgeries for various animal species.
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners about treatment options.
  • Conduct emergency care when needed.
  • Supervise veterinary technicians and support personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in community events to promote animal welfare.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in veterinary medicine and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or related field
  • Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in veterinary practice
