Responsibilities

• Examine animals and perform diagnostic tests to assess their health.
• Develop treatment plans and follow up on patient progress.
• Engage in surgeries for various animal species.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners about treatment options.
• Conduct emergency care when needed.
• Supervise veterinary technicians and support personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in community events to promote animal welfare.
• Stay abreast of advancements in veterinary medicine and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or related field
• Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in veterinary practice

• Anesthetic Administration

Certifications

• Certification from the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners
• Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Proficiency in veterinary ultrasound: Ability to perform and interpret ultrasound diagnostics.
