Job Description

As a Pedicab Driver with City Pedicabs Ltd., you will operate a bicycle-powered taxi, transporting passengers to their desired destinations throughout London. This role combines excellent customer service with a love for cycling and a deep knowledge of the local area.

Responsibilities

• Operate the pedicab safely in all weather conditions.
• Maintain knowledge of London's roads, popular destinations, and tourist attractions.
• Ensure passenger comfort and satisfaction during rides.
• Interact and build rapport with passengers to enhance their experience.
• Monitor the pedicab's condition and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and encourage repeat business.
• Promote sustainable transportation options and the benefits of pedicab rides within the community.

Requirements

Education

• Valid UK Driving License

Experience

• Customer service experience preferred but not essential.
