Responsibilities

  • Support users in troubleshooting issues with software and hardware.
  • Document processes and create user manuals.
  • Deliver training sessions for users on company software.
  • Configure network equipment and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Document all support interactions and solutions provided.
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity and security.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in IT or similar
  • Additional certifications in relevant technologies are an advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in an IT support role
