• Monitor migration performance and address issues promptly as they arise.
• Coach junior staff on data management techniques and tools.
• Foster a data-first culture within the organisation, advocating for data quality.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with data movement.
• Maintain backup and recovery procedures throughout data migration initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or data management roles
