Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Banbury Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating banbury machines to produce high-quality rubber compounds, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate banbury machines before production runs.
• Monitor and adjust machine operations to maintain quality standards.
• Perform regular inspections of products and equipment.
• Train new operators on machinery and safety procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine malfunctions and coordinate repairs as needed.

Requirements
