Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies. The ideal candidate will manage donor relationships and drive community engagement to support our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising initiatives and campaigns with creative strategies.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to increase visibility and participation.
  • Create donor communication plans to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising efforts and implement improvements.
  • Work closely with finance to manage the fundraising budget.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
  • Conduct research on potential funding sources and trends in philanthropy.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Non-Profit Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising and donor relations
