UX Researcher

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Drive research projects from initial concept through to execution.
• Create user personas and user journey maps to guide design efforts.
• Analyse user data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to address user experience challenges.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on research findings to stakeholders.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or a related field
• Master's degree in UX Design is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in user experience design or UX research

• Qualitative Research

Certifications

• UX Design Certification from Coursera

Languages

• English: Fluent
