Job Description

As a Data Analyst in our Cardiff office, you'll play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform key business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a passion for extracting insights from data.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse data to derive insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure that data is collected and analysed accurately.
  • Generate visual reports that summarise data findings in an understandable format.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide reports to senior management.
  • Contribute to data governance and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role
