As an Insurance Claims Adjuster based in Telford, you will be responsible for evaluating insurance claims, ensuring they are processed accurately and fairly. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, as well as a knack for communication, ensuring clients receive the support they need throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviewing witnesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze claim data.
• Draft and deliver accurate claims assessments to management.
• Handle disputes and manage clients' expectations professionally.
• Ensure claims processing is completed within set timelines.
• Document all communications and decisions regarding claims.
• Assist in training new claims adjusters on company protocols.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of claims management experience

• Claims Management Software

Certifications

• Certified Claims Professional (CCP)

Languages
