Job Description

As a Sales Associate in Southampton, you'll engage with customers, offering them tailored advice and assistance to enhance their shopping experience. You will be responsible for driving sales and assisting in the daily operations of the store. Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and informed service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales and customer feedback to adapt strategies as needed.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor.
• Manage stock levels and assist with receiving deliveries.
• Identify and report any issues regarding customer service to management.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and store performance.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Business or related field is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in retail or customer service

Technical Skills

• CRM Software
• Visual Merchandising

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual abilities: Ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus.
