Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Target Setter. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, engaging with clients, and identifying opportunities for business growth. This role requires a proactive approach and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet sales goals.
  • Utilise CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to secure business.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff when needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in B2B settings.
