We are seeking an IT Service Analyst to join our growing team in Belfast. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving IT support issues, ensuring service quality, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to improve the IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Address user queries and provide expert guidance on IT services.

• Manage software licenses and assets for the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years specific to IT service delivery
