Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cab Starter. The selected candidate will be responsible for efficiently and safely initiating the cab's engine, ensuring a smooth start to every trip. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the cab fleet to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with drivers to assess trip needs and requirements.
• Maintain a record of trips and report on service quality.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support.
• Coordinate with the operations team to improve service efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential.

• GPS Navigation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
