Job Description

As a Hydroelectric Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficient production while maintaining safety and compliance with environmental regulations. Your role will involve leading a dedicated team and optimising processes to achieve production targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hydroelectric production team with a focus on achieving production targets.
  • Ensure that operations are in line with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
  • Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies and propose corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with departments for seamless operations from production to logistics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in plant operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to improve health and safety standards.
  • Maintain quality control processes to ensure product excellence.
  • Manage supplier relations for equipment and maintenance services.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives within the operations team.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management preferred
Experience
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Lean manufacturing knowledge
  • Safety regulations knowledge
