Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our projects in Cardiff. This role entails managing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading the construction team to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction crew on-site, ensuring effective teamwork.
  • Implement site health and safety policies and conduct safety meetings.
  • Track site inventory and manage equipment logistics.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues.
  • Report on site progress to senior management regularly.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in construction
