Responsibilities

• Enhance store performance by implementing best operational practices.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.

• Set and manage budgets, including payroll and operational costs.
• Oversee health and safety compliance and training for staff.
• Drive employee engagement and promote a strong team culture.

• Report and strategize with senior management on operational improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• Master's degree in Business Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a retail management role
