Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Help Desk Analyst to join our support team in Cardiff. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving queries promptly.
Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for client IT support issues.
Contribute to the optimization of support processes and best practices.
Implement software updates and patches as necessary.
Assist in training new team members on support protocols.
Collaborate effectively with other departments to resolve client issues.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education
Relevant IT or technical qualifications
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a technical support environment
