Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Help Desk Analyst to join our support team in Cardiff. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving queries promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for client IT support issues.
  • Contribute to the optimization of support processes and best practices.
  • Implement software updates and patches as necessary.
  • Assist in training new team members on support protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to resolve client issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT or technical qualifications
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support environment

Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
