Responsibilities
Analyse customer accounts for necessary adjustments and ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve adjustment-related queries.
Produce reports on adjustment activities as needed for management review.
Assist in the development of best practices for claims management.
Deliver excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial information.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Recognised financial certifications (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) are a plus
Experience
2+ years of experience in claims adjustment or finance roles
