Job Description

We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial principles and excellent analytical skills. You will play a vital role in the financial decision-making process, analyzing data to help guide business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular financial audits and compliance checks.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual reports and strategic reviews.
  • Conduct market research to inform financial strategies.
  • Provide support during budget preparation sessions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Master's degree in Finance is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst role or related position
