Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Straddle Bug Driver to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating straddle buggies safely and efficiently to transport goods within our warehouse. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations and optimal workflow.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate straddle buggies to manage the transportation of warehouse goods.
• Inspect and ensure the proper functioning of all warehouse equipment.
• Follow strict safety guidelines and regulations during all operations.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities with warehouse teams.
• Track inventory movements and assist with stock checks.
• Keep the workplace tidy and free from hazards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to address operational challenges.
• Assist in training new team members on safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience as a straddle buggy driver or similar role preferred.

Technical Skills

• Straddle buggy operation
• Inventory management

Certifications

• Valid straddle buggy operator certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
