Job Description

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to join our Edinburgh team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various cybersecurity frameworks and a passion for developing security solutions to protect clients' digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments of applications and infrastructure.
• Design and implement network security protocols.
• Support incident response efforts during security breaches.
• Advise on compliance-related matters and regulatory requirements.
• Develop effective risk management strategies.
• Create action plans based on risk assessment findings.
• Enhance knowledge management for security protocols.
• Liaise with external auditors during security evaluations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in information security
