Responsibilities

• Manage the entire construction project lifecycle from planning through to execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the project.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Manage procurement and ensure materials are delivered on schedule.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the construction team to achieve project goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
