Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Dudley. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in delivering educational content, working closely with students to enhance their learning experience. You will play a key role in creating an engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers by preparing materials for daily lessons.
• Help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Assist with the needs of students who require additional support.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Encourage creativity and critical thinking in students.
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Participate in planning and evaluation of lessons.
• Support the delivery of extracurricular activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) preferred

Experience

• Experience working with children or young people is essential
