Job Description
As a Payroll Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing payroll operations. You will ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries while adhering to compliance regulations and maintaining precise payroll records.
Responsibilities
Process and maintain accurate payroll records for all employees.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing by adhering to set deadlines.
Review and initiate payroll adjustments as necessary.
Act as a point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees.
Assist with year-end payroll reporting and tax filings.
Coordinate with external auditors during payroll audits.
Provide support for payroll software updates and training.
Assist HR in managing employee benefits and compensation inquiries.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Professional certification preferred (e.g., CIPP)
Experience
3+ years experience handling payroll systems is preferable
